The Role We’re looking for a high-impact Head of Growth to lead and execute our customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision with deep operational execution across sales, go-to-market (GTM) planning, and marketing. As the Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing our growth engine—from demand generation to deal closing. You’ll lead sales and marketing initiatives, optimize our funnel, and work cross-functionally to align GTM priorities that drive measurable business results. You’ll work closely with our CEO to align strategy, drive execution, and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Execution Act as a player-coach, leading a small sales team while actively engaging in high-priority deals Own key accounts and relationships in early stages or high-value segments Build and scale repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and reporting GTM Strategy & Alignment Own and evolve the GTM strategy across sales and marketing channels Define ideal customer profiles, segmentation, and messaging frameworks Lead the planning and execution of new market launches, product introductions, and campaign rollouts Own and evolve the company’s go-to-market strategy across channels and segments Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, product, and sales teams on GTM priorities Marketing & Demand Generation Own multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, content, email, events, etc.) focused on lead generation and brand positioning Build and manage the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion Oversee content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking Optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to support scale Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record in sales and GTM strategy Ability to build and lead sales and/or revenue-focused teams in high-growth environments Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts and processes preferred. Prior engagements with Community Banking, Credit Unions, or Regional Banks. Deep understanding of growth metrics, customer funnels, and data-informed decision making Experience in early-stage or scaling companies, comfortable building from the ground up Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions Compensation $160,000–$185,000 base + commission + equity with OTE of $225,000-$275,000 Compensation Ranges are for New York City-based hires only: All salaries are subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and additional factors for such other locations.
