The Coordinator, National On-Call is responsible for managing inbound tickets and providing exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients. This role involves maintaining accurate records, resolving tickets, and coordinating with field teams.
The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to accept coaching for continuous improvement. Reliability and professionalism are essential when interacting with caregivers, clients, and coworkers.
