Full Description

The Opportunity We’re adding a Customer Success Manager to our team to help us build out and oversee a team of Analysts and Associates. This is a leadership role that involves taking responsibility for the performance and well-being of a team. You will consolidate feedback from the team and prioritize initiatives to grow the individual’s and team’s overall performance. You will also take charge of the administrative needs of the team including payroll and scheduling, and will ensure that you are well staffed and well equipped to handle any fluctuations in deal volume. You will also provide additional training and career development, all the while ensuring that promising talent is promptly identified. What You’ll Do Report to the Director of Customer Success, serving as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives Making hiring decisions, scheduling for your team, and process payroll Identify and groom promising talent on the team Ensure that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Comfortable with working with different personalities Eager to grow your career in the real estate and insurance industry A roll up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know Empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor! Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
