The Role We’re looking for a Marketing, PR & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our outward-facing growth efforts across brand, media, and partnerships. This role is responsible for shaping how we connect with partners, collaborators, media, and aligned organizations, and for turning those relationships into measurable growth and visibility. You’ll own strategic outreach — identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships that expand reach, credibility, and impact across our ecosystem. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships and outreach strategy • Identify and engage aligned partners (creators, platforms, brands, media, and organizations) • Lead outbound outreach and relationship-building efforts • Manage PR, media relations, and earned media opportunities • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, collaborations, and joint launches • Support product launches, announcements, and major initiatives • Own messaging and positioning for external communications • Track partnership performance and ROI • Work closely with leadership to prioritize high-impact relationships Key Focus Areas • Strategic Partnerships & Business Development • Outbound Outreach & Relationship Building • Public Relations & Media • Brand Positioning & Messaging • Launch & Collaboration Strategy What We’re Looking For • Experience in partnerships, marketing, PR, or business development • Proven ability to initiate and manage external relationships • Strong communication, outreach, and negotiation skills • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability • Comfortable representing a brand publicly and professionally • Organized, proactive, and results-driven • Experience in founder-led, fast-moving environments is a plus Strong Plus • Existing relationships in media, wellness, spirituality, tech, or creator ecosystems • Experience with subscription platforms or community-led products • Comfort working across content, marketing, and partnerships simultaneously • Experience supporting or launching AI-powered or emerging tech products Why This Role • Direct ownership over partnerships and outward growth strategy • Opportunity to build meaningful, long-term collaborations • Work with established platforms and a global audience • Flexible working structure • Influence how a fast-growing ecosystem expands
