Business Analyst – E-Commerce Location: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite) Experience: 8–10 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms (preferably SAP Hybris) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent techno-functional knowledge, strong documentation skills, and proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into scalable E-Commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between onsite business teams, offshore developers, and E-Commerce end users. • Gather and analyze requirements for SAP Hybris or similar E-Commerce platforms. • Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and user stories. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of business requirements. • Support UAT and ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business needs. • Identify gaps and suggest improvements in E-Commerce processes. Must-Have Skills • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong experience in E-Commerce applications (SAP Hybris preferred). • Excellent techno-functional understanding of E-Commerce platforms. • Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and communication skills. • Ability to work 100% onsite in San Diego, CA.
