5+ years of experience handling construction defect claims for a carrier, active adjuster license, and preferably a college degree.
Our client, a National Insurance Carrier, is looking for multiple Construction Defect Adjusters for their Temporary to Hire opportunities. These employees will be allowed to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience handling Construction Defect claims for a Carrier • Manages highly complex investigations of claims, including coverage issues, liability, compensability, and damages. • Determines if a major claim should be settled or litigated and implements an appropriate resolution strategy accordingly. • Effectively manage loss costs and claim expenses.
