We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty producers to close warm, inbound insurance leads. No cold calling. No dialing strangers. No quoting. Our team handles quoting and backend processing. Your role is to follow our proven talk path, build trust, and close referral-quality prospects who have already requested help. These are friendly, inbound conversations, not hard sells. What You’ll Do • Handle inbound and referral-based quote requests • Follow our structured sales process • Present coverage options clearly and confidently • Close new business and hand off to support team • Maintain light follow-up as needed Compensation • Hourly base pay (1099) • Commission as a percentage of premium written • Uncapped earnings • Full-time opportunity Strong closers can earn well above industry average due to high-quality lead flow.
