We are searching for a driven and resourceful Amazon Account Manager to champion our Amazon business as a core revenue driver. About this Role This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong expertise in Amazon operations, paid media, brand management, analytics, and relationship building. We’re seeking someone who is a quick learner, naturally curious, and adaptable to change. Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges are key to thriving in our fast-paced environment. Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles area. You will own the growth and success of our Amazon storefront—overseeing daily operations, driving financial performance, scaling advertising, elevating our brand presence, and ensuring insightful, data-driven reporting. Operational Excellence and Account Health • Optimize product listings with technical refinements: backend attributes, backend keywords, accurate product details, optimized IDQ scores, and parent/child variations. • Proactively manage account health metrics: compliance (certifications, insurance, banking), user permissions, seller feedback, VOC, shipping performance, and customer service performance. • Oversee 100% FBA strategy: shipment creation in Seller Central and 3PL portals, stock forecasting (2–3 months coverage), label management, kit builds, receiving follow-ups, reimbursement claims. • Maintain pricing health: subscription options, variation pricing, competitive analysis. • Protect brand registry: ensure OMI Wellbeauty is consistently represented, maintain trademark status, and update registry records as trademarks evolve. 2. Financial and P&L Contribution • Monitor Amazon’s financial contribution to the company P&L. • Track and analyze fees, revenue adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, and shipping revenue. • Forecast sales growth across traffic, conversion, subscriptions, and new-to-brand acquisition. • Build financial and ad-spend models to identify growth levers and maximize ROI. • Collaborate with supply chain leads to minimize fulfillment costs and optimize FBA efficiency. 3. Sales and Promotions Strategy • Align with PR, media, and social teams to anticipate traffic spikes and align keyword targeting. • Develop and execute promotions, coupons, and discount periods with defined goals. • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across SKUs, subscriptions, and complementary products. • Conduct A/B tests on PDPs, A+ content, and storefront to improve incremental conversion. • Leverage Premium Beauty placements for traffic-driving opportunities across Amazon.com, social ads, and email marketing. • Explore creator programs, Amazon Live, Amazon Posts, and pilot marketing initiatives. 4. Branding and Marketing Alignment • Create briefs for content across Amazon assets (Storefront, A+, Sponsored Video, DSP, CTV). • Ensure content accuracy and publishing efficiency through SAS Core and Seller Support. • Gather insights from competitive analysis, website learnings, and customer behavior to improve brand positioning. 5. Paid Advertising and Media Coordination • Partner with external agencies to manage Sponsored Ads, DSP, and video/display campaigns. • Oversee campaign-level and product-level ad budgeting. • Evaluate campaigns across the funnel: NTB acquisition vs repeat purchase conversion. • Assess Premium Beauty ad opportunities and refine strategy based on evolving market dynamics. • Assist with creative setup, campaign structuring, and KPI optimization. • Benchmark Amazon advertising against Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to maintain channel efficiency. 6. Relationship Management • Serve as the point of contact between OMI Wellbeauty and Amazon. • Schedule and lead meetings with Amazon reps, SAS Core managers, and Premium Beauty teams. • Explore creator partnerships, Amazon events, and Premium Beauty networking opportunities. • Support execution of celebrity partnerships (Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian) with Amazon integration. 7. Deep Reporting and Analytics • Build and maintain a reporting suite (Google Sheets or equivalent) to centralize performance tracking. • Organize metrics by Amazon’s growth flywheel: traffic, conversion, availability, post-purchase. • Leverage Brand Analytics, Search Query reports, Advertising reports, and Helium 10 (or similar) for keyword, performance, and competitive monitoring. • Tie reporting to P&L, feeding into company-wide projections. • Partner with Amazon contacts for advanced competitive and account-level insights. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central management (Premium Beauty experience highly preferred). • Deep knowledge of Amazon operations, advertising, FBA, compliance, and reporting tools. • Proven track record of driving sales and margin growth on Amazon. • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build models, forecast revenue, and manage budgets. • Familiarity with Amazon advertising ecosystem: Sponsored Ads, DSP, video, and CTV. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; ability to represent the brand with Amazon teams and partners. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Helium 10 (or equivalent), and reporting dashboards. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
