Company Description The Welcome Company helps trusted local businesses grow through gift deliveries to new homeowners, social media engagement across multiple platforms, and hyperlocal newsletters with high open rates. We create authentic, personal connections through face-to-face interactions and local online conversations, generating high-intent leads and consistent, authentic brand exposure. Marketing for us is about building relationships with a focus on authenticity, transparency, and genuine connections. We aim to revive the tradition of neighbors welcoming neighbors, balancing nostalgia with effective business practices. Three Roles (2 FT and 1 PT) The PT role is located in Apex, NC. The two FT roles allow for remote work. The Newsletter Content Aggregator will be responsible for sourcing and compiling relevant content for hyperlocal newsletters and coordinating their distribution. The Social Media Engagement Coordinator will manage and engage with audiences across various social media platforms to recommend our vendor partners. The Welcome Gift Coordinator, a part-time role, will manage the logistics of gift deliveries to new homeowners, ensuring timely and effective distribution.
