About the position Ideal Candidate Profile: You are a technical project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at building relationships, and can influence IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution will be key to enhancing the end-user experience and advancing our technology capabilities. Core Responsibilities: Lead Technology Projects: Manage multiple technical workstreams or large-scale projects from inception to completion. Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables. Strategic Advisor: Provide expert insight on best practices, anticipate obstacles, and align strategies with enterprise goals and market conditions. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Build strong relationships and influence decisions across IT and business teams. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and compliance with technical security standards. Collaboration & Communication: Foster seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, driving consensus and alignment on priorities. Continuous Improvement: Participate in special projects and contribute to process enhancements that elevate technology delivery and user experience. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years managing technology projects. Financial Services and technical delivery experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Proven ability to deliver IT solutions, with strong knowledge of technical security principles and IT delivery methodologies. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving results in complex environments.
