Provide technical analysis and support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of data center facilities, applications, and systems.
Must have CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and IT Operations Specialist certifications with fundamental understanding of complex IT systems and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA Network+ • CompTIA Security+ • CompTIA IT Operations Specialist Job Summary: Under general direction, provides technical analysis and support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of data center facilities, applications, and systems. Provides planning analysis and support for monitoring workflow, methods, and procedures for data center operations. Recommends standard policies and procedures for providing routine service. Job Duties: • Communicate all system outages, establish bridge calls during critical system outages, and provide routine status updates until resolution • Support data circuit outages with basic troubleshooting, opening tickets with the service provider, and providing ongoing status updates until resolution • Oversee enterprise batch job streams and escalate any issues or failure alerts • Manage Escrow account documentation, support new requests, and issue passwords to authorized requesters • Support data center facilities and operations, perform hardware installations, decommissions, and relocations, maintain inventory and data center documentation, and support installed hardware systems • Provide feedback on process improvements and to improve workflow processes and procedures • Assist with incident logging and response efforts to conclusion and develop after-action improvements as necessary • Participate in ongoing skill development to build skills to support complex systems. Assist with team cross-training. • Comply with related practice standards, processes, and procedures. • Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure. • Performs related duties as required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills • Must possess excellent customer service skills • Must possess a fundamental understanding of complex IT systems and architecture Salary Range: Actual salary commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: On-site, Rotating 4x10 shifts, and as needed on occasion.
