Discipleship Ministries NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE 37203 FULL TIME , REMOTE Formational Ministries Project Manager – Upper Room Programs, (Exempt), Reports to Executive Director, Upper Room Programs The Formational Ministries Project Manager- Upper Room Programs provides program and project management support for The Upper Room’s Programs department, including The Academy for Spiritual Formation, Emmaus Ministries, and Chapel and Worship ministries. Working collaboratively with directors of each ministry, the role ensures smooth execution of programs by managing operational details, overseeing program evaluation, coordinating communications and local community support systems, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across all programs. This position will plan, coordinate, and execute operational details for programs and events across The Academy for Spiritual Formation and Emmaus Ministries. Supports the work of the Chapel and Worship ministries as needed. Collaborates with directors to establish program calendars, identify venues, recruit faculty or leadership teams, and oversee program logistics. Cultivates relational trust with leadership teams, participants, faculty, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Ensures that a quality spiritual experience is provided for clergy and lay leaders in these settings. Travel is required to support program events and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Education / Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in ministry, theology, nonprofit management or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
