About the Role As the leaves change and a new season begins, we’re looking for a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help our ABA services flourish. In this role, you’ll bring creativity, organization, and consistency to communications with providers, referral sources, and community partners. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that Treetop and Discovery ABA’s mission — providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services — is clearly represented and widely known across the communities we serve. This is a role for someone who loves balancing multiple projects while keeping communications professional, polished, and engaging. Key Responsibilities Coordinate weekly communications to providers and referral sources, keeping everyone informed and engaged. Maintain accurate contact lists and ensure outreach data stays clean and up to date. Plan and support monthly events, conferences, and seasonal outreach campaigns. Assist with designing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and newsletters. Manage email campaigns and printed mailers to ensure timely, professional distribution. Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications. What We’re Looking For Organized & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy and keeping systems and communications polished. Clear Communicator: You write and speak professionally, adjusting your tone for different audiences. Creative Eye: Comfortable using Canva or similar tools to produce clean, on-brand materials. Project Manager: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and follow through to completion. Tech-Savvy: Confident learning new systems and managing data entry with precision. Team Player: Works well with cross-functional teams and takes initiative when needed. Preferred Experience 2+ years in marketing, communications, or outreach (ABA or healthcare experience preferred). Experience creating digital or print collateral. Familiarity with email campaigns, contact management, or CRM systems. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for lists and tracking.
