🚀 Client Operations Director – Remote in AZ, NC, GA, NM, or UT Salary: $80K–$90K | Full-Time | Exempt Treetop ABA Therapy is growing—and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee operations across multiple clinics and home-based service regions. In this role, you’ll manage 5–8 Operations Managers, ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care, and build high-performing, engaged teams that thrive. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations 3+ years leading managers or senior teams Strong coaching and performance management skills Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care Comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce (preferred) Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree a plus) Perks & Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance + short- & long-term disability Paid time off & paid holidays 401(k) with company match Competitive salary: $80K–$90K Why You’ll Love This Role: This is your chance to lead at the intersection of families, clinicians, and frontline teams.
