Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while conducting assessments and tracking client progress. Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians, collaborating with families and clinical leadership.
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, along with current BCBA certification and an active or in-process Georgia LBA license. A passion for working with children and at least 2 years of experience is preferred.
