Role Overview: As an Electrical Systems Engineer at Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, you will play a critical role in developing and advancing both conventional and electrified outdoor power equipment. This position focuses on designing, testing, and integrating electrical systems to enhance product performance and reliability. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop electrical systems and components for outdoor power equipment. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into product designs. - You will conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. - You will troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during product development and production. - You will document design specifications, test results, and engineering changes. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize electrical system performance. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform design decisions. - You will ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
