Our focus is on quality, organization, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with daily operations, including packing, photography, email management, and general business support. Position Overview The E-Commerce Operations Assistant plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of our business. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and has an eye for detail—especially when working with luxury items. Key Responsibilities Packing & Shipping • Carefully pack luxury handbags and accessories for shipment • Prepare orders accurately and efficiently • Ensure all packaging meets brand standards and protects items in transit • Assist with shipping labels, tracking, and organization of outgoing orders Product Photography & Listing Support • Photograph handbags and accessories for online listings and social media • Ensure photos accurately represent condition, color, and details • Assist with staging, lighting, and basic photo editing as needed • Help prepare items for listing (stuffing, cleaning, organizing accessories) Email & Submission Management • Monitor and maintain business email inboxes • Assist with responding to customer and client inquiries in a professional, timely manner • Review, organize, and manage incoming submissions (consignment or selling requests) • Help track submission status and ensure follow-ups are completed Daily Operations & Organization • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory • Assist with inventory tracking and storage • Maintain a clean, organized workspace • Support daily tasks related to running an online resale business • Assist with miscellaneous administrative or operational tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills • Strong attention to detail and care when handling luxury items • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment • Basic photography skills (iPhone photography acceptable; DSLR a plus) • Strong written communication skills for email and submissions • Familiarity with luxury brands is a plus, but not required • Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency • Ability to lift and move packages as needed Preferred (But Not Required) • Experience with e-commerce, resale, or consignment businesses • Experience managing inboxes or customer communication • Interest in fashion, luxury goods, or accessories What We Offer • Opportunity to work closely with a growing luxury resale business • Hands-on experience in e-commerce and operations • Flexible schedule (if applicable) • Supportive, detail-focused work environment
