Job Summary • Team Leadership (35%): Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing IT Infrastructure and Security individual contributors. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting team members professional growth • Service Ownership (20%): Aligning IT service delivery with business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs • Customer Engagement (10%): Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and experiences. Gather feedback through surveys and direct communication. Analyze this feedback to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement and development • Strategic Planning (5%): Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for IT services. Ensure these plans align with IT service disciplines and the organization's overall goals. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to support the organization's objectives and drive technological advancements • Systems Engineering (5%): Provide leadership in the development, design, and optimization in alignment with service disciplines of the technical infrastructure and security systems platforms. • Operational Excellence (5%): Implement and maintain best practices for IT infrastructure operations, including system availability, security, and performance. • Project Delivery (5%): Manage the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to meet project objectives and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. • Vendor and Partner Management (5%): Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Partner with the supplier management function for effective contract management and relationship governance. • Risk Management (5%): Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Budget Management (5%): Develop and manage the IT Infrastructure and Security Management budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Other duties as assigned The Skills And Background You’ll Need EDUCATION: A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement. An Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and Operations or Information Security management. Solid understanding of IT architecture, engineering, and delivery processes. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, (e.g., ITIL). 5-7 years of people management experience is preferred. • Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and modern IT infrastructure is essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technology risk management and platform management concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership and management abilities, capable of leading and motivating a small team of individual contributors to achieve departmental goals. • Ability to develop credibility with business colleagues quickly to gain support and achieve results • Show adaptability and flexibility in changing opinions based on new input, expertise, and the perspectives of others. Effectively adjust to new scenarios and overcoming obstacles. • Effective collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. • Experience working in the Insurance industry is a plus. • Professional licensure or certification: Leadership certifications, ITIL certification, MCSE, CCNA, Microsoft Azure AZ Fundamentals (AZ-900) or related certifications – all preferred. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. Salary Range: $114,500.00 - $217,500.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
