Provide support for internal benefits inquiries, process employee benefits transactions, participate in benefits projects, and conduct benefits orientations.
High school diploma, 1-3 years HR benefits experience, Excel proficiency, experience with claims escalations, and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
Job Description: • Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs • Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs • Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations • Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needs Requirements: • High School Diploma is required • 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience) • 1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables • Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work • Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows.
