Location: Portland, OR Company: The Spray Foam Company Employment Type: Full-Time About Us The Spray Foam Company is a rapidly growing insulation contractor serving Oregon and Southwest Washington. We specialize in high-performance spray foam insulation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a motivated professional who can help grow our contractor network while strengthening our brand and digital presence. Position Overview This hybrid role combines B2B outside sales with social media management. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, organized, and comfortable moving between jobsite visits and content creation. You’ll build strong relationships with contractors and property managers while also producing engaging content that highlights our work and team. Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Outside Sales • Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, general contractors, and property managers. • Identify and pursue new partnership and project opportunities. • Attend site visits to understand customer needs and represent the company professionally. • Communicate project details, timelines, and expectations clearly with clients and internal staff. • Attend networking events, industry meetups, and tradeshows on behalf of the company. • Maintain regular follow-up and deliver an excellent client experience. Social Media Management • Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business. • Capture photos and videos on job sites, including before-and-after shots and team highlights. • Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories). • Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice. • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews. • Monitor analytics and provide updates on performance and engagement. • Develop creative campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads. Qualifications • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (construction industry preferred). • Experience managing social media for a brand, contractor, or small business. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable capturing content on active jobsites. • Creative mindset with basic photo/video editing abilities. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
