About the Role Social Broker is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Social Media Strategist to support our growing client portfolio. This role will focus on engagement, content scheduling, and calendar organization to ensure our clients show up consistently and effectively across social media platforms. The Junior Social Media Strategist will be responsible for daily engagement and community management, scheduling and posting approved content, and preparing content calendars with client-specific updates and seasonal events. Additional responsibilities include light graphic editing in Canva, organizing client assets, and drafting captions from provided templates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, takes initiative, and pays close attention to detail. The Junior Social Media Strategist will play a key part in ensuring Social Broker delivers polished, on-brand, and error-free content while supporting the larger account team in achieving client goals. Social Broker offers multiple full-service plans and a membership plan to our clients. Our full-service social media management plans include customized social media strategies and are designed for agents at every phase of their careers to help them build their brands, create relationships, and generate real leads online. Our membership serves over 200 real estate agents and counting with creative content and thoughtful strategies every month. Responsibilities Engagement + Community • Weekly engagement (likes, comments, DMs) based on your guidelines. • Monitoring comments/DMs and notifying team lead when needed Scheduling + Posting • Scheduling all approved content into Meta. • Double-checking formatting (line breaks, hashtags, tags, links) before posting. • Uploading to multiple platforms (repurposing content for IG and Facebook, handling formatting differences). • Compiling client assets (photos, testimonials, carousels) into organized Drive folders. Calendar Prep + Organization • Prepping new monthly content calendars with placeholders for holidays, events, launches, property happenings (new, pending, open house, closed, etc). • Preparing weekly content calendar emails for clients Fridays. • Drafting captions from a template/outline provided (listing posts/membership posts). • Light graphic editing in Canva (quotes, carousels, story templates). • Monitoring content inbox for content edits and working with account lead to accomplish. Job Type: Contract Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
