What You’ll Do • Make outbound calls and texts to homeowners using provided lead lists and CRM tools. • Spark genuine conversations that identify motivation and selling timelines. • Qualify leads and hand them off to our acquisitions or listing team for next steps. • Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and communication in the CRM. • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics. • Participate in ongoing sales training and feedback sessions to sharpen your edge. Compensation • 10% of Net Commission Received on every deal that closes from your sourced leads. • Unlimited earning potential — no cap.
