Full Description
SuccessFactors Engagement Manager/PM Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Flexible / Remote (Travel based on client needs) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field. • 8–12+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors consulting. • 4+ years of experience in an Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead role. • Proven experience leading end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations. • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, and data migration concepts. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
