Support production processes and collaborate across functions to ensure quality and timely delivery in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's in engineering, some manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills.
A well-respected and growing manufacturing company in thin gauge thermoforming is looking for a Production Engineer. This role is as expected: you will support all things production and process with a singular focus on the manufacturing floor and working in partnership with the team. The culture of the organization is all about being collaborative, working across functions, and getting things done - all with a highly customer-centric focus. This role requires very strong communication skills, working across all functions to deliver quality product on time. With multiple manufacturing sites across their footprint, this is a great opportunity to get on with a great company and learn the ropes. It is an onsite role (obviously) and located at their plant north of Raleigh-Durham. It is a privately held, growing company with a very bright future! • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in thin gauge thermoforming is highly preferred • Must have a collaborative approach and strong communication skills
