Full Description

Responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and common spaces. • Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) are adequately stocked. • Wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, windows, and mirrors. • Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed. • Remove and dispose of waste according to facility guidelines. • Monitor and report any maintenance issues such as leaks, broken equipment, or facility damage. • Perform basic repair tasks such as replacing light bulbs and minor fixture repairs. • Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored after use. • Follow proper cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. • Use appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and protective gear. • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any hazards to supervisors. • Assist with deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and window washing. • Support special event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment. • Participate in seasonal cleaning tasks as required (e.g., snow removal from entrances).
