The Opportunity We’re hiring an Account Manager in Florida to own a small portfolio of existing client accounts while also acting as a player-coach for a small group of Business Development Representatives supporting those accounts. This is a hybrid role that blends account management with people leadership. You’ll be responsible for client satisfaction and performance outcomes, while also coaching, supporting, and holding BDRs accountable for day-to-day execution. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, clear ownership, and driving results through both strong client relationships and strong team execution. What You'll Do • Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary day-to-day point of contact • Support onboarding and ramp-up of outbound programs in partnership with internal teams • Conduct regular client check-ins to review results, share insights, and recommend optimizations • Track key performance metrics and use data to guide conversations and decision-making • Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal, partnering with Sales and Leadership on growth conversations • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in TSF as a long-term partner • Coach and support a small group of BDRs aligned to your client accounts • Provide ongoing feedback, performance guidance, and execution support • Help BDRs improve messaging, activity quality, and results through structured coaching • Monitor performance trends and escalate risks or issues as needed • Partner with Sales Leadership on performance improvement plans and development goals • Lead by example through strong organization, communication, and accountability What You Bring To The Table • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others in a sales or outbound environment • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients • Ability to balance client expectations with internal execution realities • Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data • Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a sales organization Experience with outbound sales, BDR teams, or sales enablement is strongly preferred.
