Qualities We Seek: • A passion for working with seniors. • Leadership by example • Dedication to teamwork Summary: As an LPN at The Rutherford, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the health and wellness of our residents. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Medication management • Fall prevention. • Skin breakdown prevention • Incident reporting • State regulatory compliance Resident Health and Wellness: You will work diligently to ensure the well-being of our residents, providing essential services such as: • State-specific assessments and clinical tools • Ongoing implementation of Inspirit Senior Living philosophy and principles • Regular communication with families and physicians • Wellness visits • Identifying the needs of our residents to maintain their health and wellness • Act as a liaison with other healthcare services • Provide emergency first aid as needed • Monitor infections and incidents Additional Responsibilities: • Maintaining resident confidentiality • Offering consultation and technical assistance • Coaching on the importance of resident confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: • Education: Professional Nursing License Join Us at The Rutherford: Prior to joining our dedicated team, candidates will be required to complete a pre-placement drug test and criminal background check.
