Full Description

The Routine is an online basketball and performance training service focused on long-term development, accountability, and elite results. We are looking for a Subscription Sales Closer to convert leads into monthly recurring training clients through structured consultation calls and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who understands basketball, fitness, and performance coaching, and knows how to sell long-term coaching subscriptions, not one-off programs. Responsibilities • Conduct consultation calls with athletes and performance-focused clients • Educate prospects on the value of monthly coaching subscriptions • Close clients into recurring monthly training plans • Follow up with warm leads via email, text, and social platforms • Handle objections around commitment, pricing, and consistency • Track leads, call outcomes, and closed subscriptions • Represent The Routine brand with professionalism and confidence • Help reduce churn by setting proper expectations before onboarding Compensation • Commission paid per subscription closed • Ongoing bonus opportunities based on client retention • Performance-based earning potential with no cap • Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales or Client Success Lead Requirements • Proven sales or closing experience (fitness, coaching, or digital services preferred) • Strong understanding of basketball training, strength & conditioning, or athletic development • Comfortable selling monthly recurring services • Clear, confident communicator on calls and follow-ups • Organized and consistent with lead management • Results-driven and commission-motivated Ideal Candidate • Former athlete, coach, or performance-minded salesperson • Believes in long-term development over quick fixes • Can confidently position commitment as a benefit • Understands how to sell accountability, structure, and coaching • Wants recurring income tied to recurring value Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $200.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote
