About the Role We are seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team and support the General Manager/AGM in daily restaurant operations. This role plays a key part in creating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring smooth dining room operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities • Support the GM/AGM in managing day-to-day dining room operations. • Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff. • Ensure proper shift planning and execution for smooth service. • Supervise staff to deliver timely food and beverage service. • Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, engaging with guests. • Execute marketing and sales initiatives. • Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to work flexible hours, including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays. • Able to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts. • Strong communication skills with both guests and team members. • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up effectively. • Working knowledge of POS and reservation systems. • Familiarity with Avero, R365, and Google Suite (preferred). • Commitment to training and sharing service knowledge.
