Job Description: As a Shipping Clerk, you will play an important role as a member of the Shipping Department. Whose primary job responsibility is performed check in and check out of carrier driver. Maintain logs of pickup appointments with carrier arrival times, loading times, departure times, and load tracking information. Responsibilities: • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and willing to work collaboratively. • Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems. • Maintain loading times, departure times and load tracking information. • Control and applies seals to outbound trailers. Qualifications and Requirements: • 1+ years of shipping/trucking experiences preferred. • Distribution background is a plus. • HS Diploma required. • Knowledge of Windows (Excel and Outlook).
