This hybrid, long-term contract role owns end-to-end program strategy, project execution, change management, and KPI reporting while partnering with senior leaders to drive impactful talent and engagement outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience within talent, learning, or organizational development and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment. Responsibilities: • Lead strategic, tactical, and cross-functional programs supporting talent management, leadership development, and organizational learning • Own end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, change management, and budget oversight • Develop and manage program strategies aligned with organizational goals • Track and report on KPIs, milestones, risks, and overall program performance • Provide regular status updates and visibility to stakeholders and leadership • Partner with internal teams and leaders to deliver program objectives • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Build and deliver presentations to senior and executive-level audiences • Support continuous improvement of talent and engagement programs Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management within talent management, learning, leadership development, change management, or organizational development • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs • Proficiency with Workday or similar HR systems • Ability to develop and track KPIs and report on program performance • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior and executive audiences • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (required) • Master’s degree in a related discipline (preferred) Benefits and Perks: • $60 - $65 per hr • Medical Benefits via agency • Holidays • Training & Growth Your New Organization: One of the region’s premier healthcare systems, renowned for operational excellence, world-class patient care, and industry-leading innovation.
