What You Bring • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy, with an active pharmacist license (multi-state preferred). • 5+ years of recent clinical pharmacy experience; infusion or specialty pharmacy background highly preferred. • Strong understanding of inventory management, quality standards, and pharmacokinetics. • Familiarity with CPR+ software and accreditation processes is a plus. • A leadership mindset — someone who excels in structured environments and can balance clinical precision with operational strategy.
