We're seeking a Graphic Design Project Manager to lead cross-functional design teams, oversee the development of high-quality visual content, and collaborate directly with clients to meet and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage graphic design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and client standards. • Ensure that your team is working within budgeted hours, producing high quality, identifying staff for promotion and team members that need improvement for additional training. • Own projects from front to back, including project trackers, budgets, project quality and client relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project timelines, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Ensure that all design work, whether delivered internally or externally, is high-quality, publisher-grade quality, and ready for print or digital implementation, accurate, and error-free. • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, streamlining workflows and supporting teams in working more efficiently. • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to designers to promote a culture of excellence and growth. • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and creative innovation. • Take an active role in the execution of internal team projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Education, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience managing creative teams or leading graphic design projects that include print and digital products (education-related experience is a plus). • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project leadership and high-quality design execution. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Experience working directly with clients and leading high-stakes deliverables. • Comfort with troubleshooting software or technical issues to maintain team momentum. • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Storyline, or similar design platforms • Proficiency in project management platforms, such as , Asana, Trello, etc. Preferred Qualifications (not required): • Web design experience • Basic HTML and coding skills • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) • Understanding of UX/UI and responsive design • Experience with instructional design or digital learning tools • Knowledge of accessibility standards and web best practices (WCAG, NIMAS/C) If you're a detail-obsessed problem-solver who loves leading creative teams and building standout educational content, we’d love to hear from you!
