We’re hiring an Overnight Operations Manager! Join our wellness retreat team and help create a safe, serene, and restorative environment for our guests. In this overnight leadership role, you’ll oversee staff, ensure guest comfort, maintain property safety, and support our wellness-focused amenities. We’re looking for a calm, service-oriented professional with hotel or wellness hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest care. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for overnight guest needs, ensuring calm, professional, and supportive service • Supervise overnight staff including front desk, security, and wellness support teams • Conduct nightly property checks, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and readiness of guest areas and wellness facilities • Support wellness-centered requests (spa amenities, meditation/yoga spaces, early/late guest routines) • Respond to emergencies with compassion and efficiency, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff • Prepare overnight reports and assist with financial/night audit tasks • Lead, coach, and inspire overnight staff to deliver service aligned with wellness and mindfulness principles What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in hotel, resort, or wellness operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role • Strong background in guest service, ideally with exposure to spa, retreat, or wellness-focused hospitality • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with a calm, grounded presence • Knowledge of property safety/security protocols; CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Ability to work independently, balancing operational needs with guest-centered care Why Join Us • Be part of a community that values holistic guest experiences, wellness, and mindful hospitality • Growth opportunities within a supportive and purpose-driven environment • Make a meaningful impact on guests seeking renewal, rest, and well-being Workplace Culture The Ranch Malibu is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for employees and guests.
