What You’ll Do... • Outside Sales & Business Development - Start your day in the field, visiting active construction sites and offices to meet decision-makers, prospecting for new business and nurturing existing relationships. • Quickly assess construction phases to determine needs, identify opportunities, and present staffing solutions that solve real problems. • Manage your schedule with accountability and consistency. • Collaborate with our recruiting teams to connect qualified tradespeople with the right projects. What You Bring • Confident, “hunter” mentality • Strong listening and retention skills and comprehension of client needs • Self-motivated and disciplined • Fast-thinking and resourceful • Strong communication skills • Reliable transportation and a valid Colorado driver’s license (daily site travel required). • Prior experience in construction, field sales, or a high-activity, relationship-driven sales environment preferred.
