League Account Executive (Part-Time, Remote) $10/Hr + Commission, 20 hrs/wk. The Players League Position Overview The Players League is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated League Account Executive to support league expansion and sponsorship operations across new and existing markets. This role will work at the league level, supporting General Managers (GMs) of individual teams while also independently selling and managing league-wide sponsorships. This position is primarily administrative and sales-support driven, with heavier workloads during the off-season and operational support during the playing season. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and workflows in a remote environment. Key Areas • Florida • South Carolina • Texas • Tennessee Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Administration & Fulfillment (Primary Responsibility) ● Serve as the administrative liaison after sponsorships are closed by team GMs or league leadership ● Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment by: ○ Submitting approved artwork to appropriate internal departments and vendors ○ Tracking artwork approvals and revisions ○ Ordering sponsorship materials once approvals are finalized ● Ensure accuracy, timelines, and consistency across all sponsorship deliverables ● Maintain organized records of sponsorship agreements, assets, and fulfillment status Sponsorship Sales & Prospecting ● Independently sell league-wide and team sponsorships across assigned markets ● Assist GMs by identifying, researching, and prospecting potential local and regional sponsors ● Maintain sponsor pipelines and track outreach, follow-ups, and status updates ● Collaborate with league leadership on sponsorship strategy and packaging In-Season Operations & Inventory Support ● Work with team GMs during the season to: ○ Monitor and update inventory levels in Square POS ○ Ensure merchandise and concession orders align with historical sales data ○ Assist with inventory forecasting and reordering processes ● Help maintain consistency and accuracy across team-level operational systems General Administrative Support ● Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to league leadership and team GMs ● Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements as the league continues to expand Qualifications & Skills ● Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently ● Comfortable working remotely and communicating across multiple teams and markets ● Experience in sales, sponsorship, account management, or sports operations preferred ● Familiarity with POS systems (Square preferred) is a plus ● Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office ● Professional communication skills (email, phone, virtual meetings) Ideal Candidate Traits ● Highly organized and process-driven ● Comfortable with administrative-heavy roles ● Proven sales background ● Interested in sports, sponsorships, and league operations ● Able to work independently without constant supervision TPL Management Services will be hiring 5 of these, preferably one in each market or at least is familiar with each market.
