We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across the Insurance and Financial Services sectors on a six-month contract. This is a fully remote role, operating on Bermuda business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).The role will partner closely with Hiring Managers to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across multiple roles. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements • Draft and refine job descriptions in line with role requirements and market standards • Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and sourcing platforms • Screen and shortlist candidates against role criteria • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers • Facilitate interviews alongside Hiring Managers and support the interview process • Manage ongoing communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process • Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to Hiring Managers • Support high-volume recruitment delivery across multiple roles simultaneously Requirements • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment within financial services • Insurance industry recruitment experience is strongly preferred • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup • Strong organisational and scheduling skills Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Work Location: Remote
