Full Description

The Planet Group has partnered with a Florida based company to locate a Platform Owner with strong HubSpot experience for a full-time role. The successful candidate will take ownership of the platform across marketing, sales, and service functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the CRM is optimized to support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a key position for a professional who combines strong technical expertise in HubSpot with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs • Design, configure, and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes to support lead management and pipeline visibility • Partner with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions • Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to support performance tracking and business insights • Lead system enhancements, feature rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives within the platform • Support and coordinate integrations between HubSpot and other enterprise systems, working closely with technical teams • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and platform best practices • Provide user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effective platform utilization • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting CRM and marketing automation initiatives Required Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub • Demonstrated experience configuring and optimizing workflows, automation, and CRM processes • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign tracking, and sales pipeline processes • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and configurations • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models to support performance measurement • Experience supporting or coordinating system integrations involving HubSpot • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in process improvement and automation Preferred Qualifications • HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, Reporting, or CRM implementation) • Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM-focused roles • Exposure to API-driven integrations and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, data platforms) • Experience establishing data governance standards and reporting frameworks • Experience working in multi-brand or growth-oriented environments Interested candidates can apply by clicking on the link.
