Now Hiring: Operations Manager - Assisted Living Do you have a passion for leadership, people, and creating a home-like environment where seniors can thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team and support the Executive Director in leading our community with compassion, integrity, and excellence. What You'll Do: As the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, welcoming, and supportive. You'll lead and motivate staff, foster strong resident and family relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and customer service. This is a leadership position where you'll guide day-to-day operations, support compliance, and help residents live their best lives. Key Responsibilities: Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community Oversee staffing, training, and ongoing staff development Participate in marketing, admissions, and customer service planning Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Promote programs that enhance resident well-being and independence What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration Compassion for seniors and their families Knowledge of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance Willingness to obtain Assisted Living Executive Director certification (if not already held) Ability to work in a dynamic environment with empathy and professionalism Why Join Us?
