(EXCLUSIVE) CLAIMS TEAM LEAD WANTED FOR LEADING PROVIDER OF PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE – MUST HAVE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE EXPERIENCE (Atlanta, GA or Fully Remote) - Our client, a large provider of professional liability insurance, has engaged us to identify qualified candidates for an immediate opening with their growing claims team. Desired candidates will have 6+ years of experience managing or litigating professional liability claims, with a preference for medical malpractice experience. The hired candidate will lead the team at the macro level, analyzing internal and industry trends to assist in developing best-practice strategies for assessing, managing, and resolving claims, including working closely with claims analysts and outside counsel. They will also play a critical role in redefining the claims management process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and training, exceptional business acumen, and a team-oriented approach are essential for success in this position. Previous leadership experience is a must!
