Job Description Location: Remote – Must reside in WI Home Office Location: Pewaukee, WI We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies. • Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. • Perform in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit. • Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs. • Utilize our applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience with clear and timely communication. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. • Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
