Our front desk concierge services operate 24/7 to support residents, visitors, and staff. As the face of our community, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. Responsibilities • Greet residents and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude • Assist the Executive Team with various administrative and clerical tasks • Answer and route phone calls professionally • Provide outstanding customer service and support at all times Qualifications • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role highly preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Friendly, positive, and service-oriented demeanor • Availability for weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts • Ability to pass a background check If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
