Full Description

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Operations who’s obsessed with data, systems, and precision execution. This isn’t a “make it pop” creative role; it’s about building the machine that makes marketing run smarter, faster, and more profitably. At The Pack Labs, home to cannabis and hemp industry leaders MUNCHIES! (formerly Delta Munchies) and Imperial Extraction, you’ll lead the full marketing team, own all paid and organic media, and design the systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks that keep the business scaling efficiently. If you’ve scaled brands in regulated industries, love growth, live in dashboards, thrive on process, and love turning chaos into clarity, this is your playground. What You’ll Do Lead the full marketing ecosystem - paid media, lifecycle, creative ops, analytics, and trade. Build and manage the systems that make marketing run smarter, faster, and more profitably. Own marketing data, forecasting, and performance dashboards; translate insights into strategy. Oversee all growth channels (Meta, Google, SEO, affiliates, influencers, lifecycle). Architect scalable workflows and reporting processes across departments. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to align forecasts and growth goals. Partner with the creative team to translate performance data into winning campaigns. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team that thrives on accountability and innovation. What You Bring 8–12 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or performance leadership. Proven experience scaling brands within restricted product categories (Cannabis, Alcohol, Supplements, etc.). Strong data fluency - you live in dashboards and use metrics to drive every move. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on execution mindset - you’re equally comfortable strategizing and rolling up your sleeves. Expertise in acquisition channels and analytics tools (Meta, Google Ads, Looker, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.). Process-driven operator who brings structure, accountability, and results.
