Role Purpose Responsible for the development and industrialization of E-coat and sealer manufacturing processes, ensuring corrosion protection, sealing performance, and production robustness within a new factory environment. Key Responsibilities • Define E-coat and sealer process requirements, equipment concepts, and material application strategies. • Develop and maintain PFMEA and Control Plans for E-coat and sealer operations. • Support digital manufacturing validation, including process flow simulations. • Prepare early manufacturing readiness documentation to support facility and equipment design. • Collaborate with Product, Materials, and Quality teams to ensure performance targets. • Support trials, pilot operations, and ramp-up. • Participate in Program Integration & Governance activities and change-management processes. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. • Experience in automotive paint processes (E-coat and/or sealing). • Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with greenfield paint shops. • Familiarity with digital manufacturing validation tools. The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications. Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $112,000 USD
