Remote - United States Lifetime residuals: $300-$1,000 per seat per month, paid 7 days after client payment. You run the sale; we fulfil and operate We are opening only 3 partner seats in this cohort. About Ovara Small and mid-sized businesses are being priced out by a cost structure built for giants. The Ovara Group gives SMBs access to the same delivery systems big companies have used for decades, without the six-figure consulting fees. We design and run Philippines-based delivery pods for operations: project coordination, PMO support, documentation control, billing, provisioning, and more. We’ve proven the model in the UK (several independent reps there now manage 10+ client companies each). We’re now opening the U.S. with the resources in place to scale significant backend volume - and we’re onboarding only 3 U.S. partners in this intake. What you’ll sell (clear value) • Same output, 40 - 60% lower unit cost. Onshore teams keep revenue-facing work; offshorable tasks move to our managed pods. • Enterprise-grade talent. We’ve spent years building a direct pipeline from major enterprises/shared-service hubs in the Philippines. • Fast time-to-value. Typical pilot 3–6 seats, 2-4 weeks to go live, weekly QA/SLAs, like-for-like backfill in ≤5 business days. • Legal & compliance baked-in. Standard MSA/SOW, confidentiality, IP assignment, GDPR-aligned DPA/SCCs, background checks, least-privilege access. Your role (you own the sale) • Work your relationships (Ops/Delivery/PMO/COO/Finance) and open the conversation. • Run consultative discovery and a short ROI discussion (we provide the calculator). • Register the deal, gather scope/spec, and hand off delivery. • Stay close for expansion; we handle onboarding, QA, reporting, and backfill. Why this is a standout commission-only opportunity • Lifetime residuals: $300-$1,000 per seat per month, paid net-7 after client payment, for as long as the seat stays live. Average tenure is over 3 years and when companies do look to replace, they come back to you as they don't want to spend 60% more on an onshore hire. • Stackable income: a 4-6 seat pilot becomes meaningful MRR as seats expand. • Minimal post-close management: we run recruiting, SOPs, onboarding, QA, and SLAs; you focus on growth. • Deal protection: simple deal-registration with a 14-day first-in hold. • Real support, not noise: 10-slide deck, one-page ROI calculator, case snapshots, MSA/SOW, objection sheet, weekly enablement, full access to our in house team. We also give partners to our in house solutions team throughout the sales process should they need it. Ideal profile • 2-10+ years selling B2B services/staffing/outsourcing or agency recruiting. • Access to decision-makers (Ops/Delivery/PMO/COO/Finance) in contractors, field services, telecom contractors, logistics, professional services, MSPs, etc. • Comfortable framing ROI and scoping a 3-6 seat pilot. • Self-directed, ethical, outcome-driven; you prefer owning the relationship. What success looks like • Week 2: two qualified intros and one ROI screen scheduled. • Day 30-45: first pilot signed (3-6 seats). • Day 60-120: expansion on results; second and third accounts in flight. Compensation • Commission-only, 1099. Lifetime residuals $300–$1,000 per seat per month (role-dependent), paid 7 days after we receive client payment. • First pilots usually 3-6 seats; expansions common. • Our UK partners place an average of 4 seats per month.
