This role reports directly to the Integrator/COO and will play a pivotal part in scaling business operations across several existing verticals and new markets nationwide. Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Oversight of day-to-day field operations across several real estate and construction-related divisions • Leadership of operational initiatives and projects • Fleet Vehicle and field equipment oversight • Field inventory systems and controls • Safety compliance and vendor management • Project and procurement execution alignment • Ownership of field operations scorecard data • Documentation and rollout of scalable operational processes • Strategic support for national expansion and regional partnerships Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-division organizations • Proven ability to document, implement, and improve scalable operational systems • Strong background in process development, scorecard ownership, and cross-functional execution • Exceptional organizational and people leadership skills (LMA: Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable) • Experience managing in both field and administrative environments • EOS® experience preferred (or other operating systems such as Scaling Up, OKRs, etc.) • Familiarity with construction, real estate, or property management operations a plus Work Environment • Business casual, high-trust, and performance-driven • Fast-paced with evolving needs across multiple business units • This is a hybrid remote role, with expected travel to HQ (Milwaukee, WI, Phoenix AZ and others) and/or field locations as needed • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (Central), with flexibility for strategic needs • Must be highly self-managed and thrive in a Must be highly self-managed and thrive in a structured, systems-based culture Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
