Now Hiring: Finance Director — Affordable Housing Development (Sacramento, CA) Full-Time | Onsite | Executive Leadership Role Are you a mission-driven finance leader ready to make a meaningful impact in affordable housing? My client, a respected and purpose-focused affordable housing developer, is seeking a strong, strategic, and confident Finance Director to guide all financial operations and support their expanding portfolio. This is a key leadership role overseeing the financial health of the organization while partnering closely with the Executive Director and Executive Team. You’ll shape financial strategy, present to boards and government partners, and lead a high-performing team—including Finance Managers who report directly to you.
