Our reputable land development engineering & environmental consulting client is seeking a Los Angeles-based Civil Site Leader to serve as a market-facing figurehead — someone who leads from the front, drives business growth, mentors talent, and shapes the future of the LA office. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who wants autonomy, strategic influence, and the ability to grow their career at the pace they choose — supported by top-tier tools, leadership backing, and infrastructure built for scale.
