Job Summary Newberry Groups seeks a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager with a strong understanding of loan processing to join our team. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment across technical development, planning, and business areas. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in loan lifecycle management and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Location Remote Clearance/Certifications Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance – U.S. citizenship required Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between USDA stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements. Lead cross-functional collaboration by facilitating strategic discussions between business units, data teams, and engineering groups to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Align product strategy with USDA mission goals, ensuring initiatives support long-term objectives, policy mandates, and performance metrics. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform product roadmaps and innovation strategies. Manage stakeholder engagement by setting clear expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring transparency across all phases of the product lifecycle. Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices to enhance product delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to iterate on features, improve usability, and maximize impact. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on loan processing or financial services. Strong understanding of loan origination, servicing, and compliance workflows. Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in technical and business domains. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
