Company Description We are a social marketing company. We build a network of merchants offering College students a discount for goods and services; while also building a network of collegr students seeking discounts. Role Description The Global Director will lead a team of 5-8 leaders who arf building these networks for The Movement College. Key responsibilities include, leading cross-functional teams, developing partnerships, and driving organizational growth. The role requires exceptional leadership, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to execute impactful projects. This is a remote 1099- position, offering flexibility while ensuring a results-oriented approach to achieving the organization's vision and mission. Qualifications • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, develop strategies, and oversee operational execution. • Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making: Expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and making informed decisions under pressure. • Communication and Collaboration: Proficient in building relationships, effective communication, and fostering productive partnerships. • Project Management: Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and managing multifaceted programs or initiatives. • Global Perspective: Awareness and understanding of global issues, cultural diversity, and international collaboration. • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms to enable efficient remote work and digital communication. • Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. A higher qualification or equivalent experience is preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in global operations or similar functions.
